Answer your questions about the Raiders and the NFL

Henderson, Nevada –There is no fan base in the National Football League more hungry for information about their team than the Raider Nation. That’s why every week, we feature a silver and black information buffet while we answer your questions and emails regarding the Las Vegas Raiders.

Hondo, I love your cover of my Raiders. I read the website everyday, share your stuff, watch you on TV, and listen to your radio show. So I ask you right away, is Jon Gruden getting us where we need to go? Stay true boy, Tony K.

Tony, if you ask me if Gruden could win you a Super Bowl, we know he can, he did. Reaching these and winning is incredibly difficult. If you ask me if Gruden can build this franchise where it is competitive to be there every year, I say yes.

Hondo, what’s your biggest question mark for the Raiders in 2021? Kenneth T.

No doubt, it’s youth. Young players must learn to win. Next year I think the Raiders are a team that competes for everything. This year, I think it’s a team with 10, even 11 wins. If they get to 10, it’s a good season, but I don’t see the playoffs with 10 wins. If they get 11 wins, I think they’ll make the playoffs. But, to answer your original question, it is about learning for young players.

Hondo, I don’t understand why you’re driving the Jon Gruden bus. He won a Super Bowl with Tony Dungy’s players, idiot. Bryan F.

You mean the players Tony Dungy didn’t win with? Or the fact that he then beat his old Raider teams with these players and coached the guy Al Davis replaced him with? Buddy, if you don’t like Gruden, I don’t care. But give it a break.
