Family of Henry Ruggs crash victims release tragic statement
The NFL world was rocked by the news that former Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Henry Ruggs was at the center of a fatal car crash, claiming the life of an innocent woman.
That young lady was Tina Tintor, a 23-year-old woman whose Toyota Rav4 Ruggs crashed just off the Las Vegas Strip in the wee hours of the morning on November 2. Tintor’s family released a sobering statement just one day after the incident.
Going through Ari Meirov from PFF:
âThe tragic loss of Tina devastated her family beyond a heartbreak they could ever understand. Family was everything to Tina, and she was the light in her parents’ life â, the statement read. âTina has lived in Las Vegas since she was a baby. She loved her three-year-old Golden Retriever, Max, who died next to her on Tuesday morning. The Tintor family appreciates privacy during their mourning. May Tina rest in peace.
Ruggs is said to have driven 156 miles per hour in his Chevrolet Corvette and was intoxicated with double the legal alcohol limit to drive a vehicle. The disgraced Raiders star and his partner both escaped with minor injuries.
